Dr Nala Sathasivam

Dr Nala Sathasivan is a specialist Obstetrician and Gynaecologist currently working at Nepean Hospital whose special interest is in ultrasound scanning and high risk pregnancy. Her qualifications include Bachelor of Medical Science (First class Honours) and Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (Sydney University).

Dr Sathasivam completed her specialist training to become a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist (FRANZCOG) at Nepean Hospital. Prior to this, she spent time in the UK within the field of Obstetrics/Gynaecology. During this period she obtained her Diploma of the Faculty of Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare from the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, UK.  She is currently completing her Diagnostic Diploma in Ultrasound.

Dr Sathasivam has presented at national and international conferences and published research articles in various journals.

She is married with two beautiful children and enjoys movies, reading and spending time with her family.
